So let me get this straight. There's constant whining here about "boring" boxers who refuse to take unnecessary punishment and brawl, but when a guy loses focus, chooses not to protect himself, and gets KTFO by a legal punch, it's a travesty?

If you prefer tomato cans to fighters like Rigondeaux and Mayweather, that's fine. But it's hypocritical to complain about the lack of more "exciting" (read: brutal) fights and then cry when a fighter takes advantage of an opponent's mental or physical weakness to score a legal knockout.

You can't have it both ways. If boxing is a fight sport, it's ridiculous to criticize a boxer who chose to fight instead of kiss and hug.

Floyd went to a higher weight, came in at 150, fought a guy who was 165lbs, and your response is, "He doesnt fight at that weight!"

You say Ghost is ass, I disagree. That was Floyd's most boring fight, but most impressive. He was forced to change his WHOLE STYLE to dominate Ghost without being hissed. Ghost is a southpaw swarmer. His punches are too close together to fight him on the inside. I thought Floyd would be shoulder rolling in the pocket like Berto. He changed up everything for Ghost and he had too.

I gave you a list to all of his opponents who were in the top 3. ALL of his last several opponents were in the top 3. He holds a belt at 154, and even though he cant make the weight, that is his weight class because of the belt.

I dont care about Martinez going up in weight. All of Floyd's last opponents were in the top 3 ALL of them.

The folklore you used was that he was cherrypicking when in actuality when he and Pac couldnt come to an agreement, he was fighting the absolute best outside of Pac. But when I made that point you ignored it and went on to something else.

You also said he ducked Cotto and Marg, when in actuality he chased two money fights with Gatti and Oscar, and you all just ACCUSED him of ducking everyone in between.

You seem to be BIAS for Cotto. Im not Bias for or against any fighter but I wont lie for any of them. Cotto got beat down by Pac and Marg before facing Floyd. Its no way we're going to act like him fighting Cotto was better than him fighting Canelo. I do think this new Cotto beats Canelo. But the Cotto Floyd fought would lost to Canelo.
