From the star this fight was a total mismatch. How does the WBO rank a guy who didn't fight anybody with a decent record in his last 5 fights? (the last 2 fights he won 6 round decisions against boxers with records of 0-1-0 and 0-0-0)
Now this ending. Let's be real. The thai guy was still dazed after getting the head butt and the referee could have given more time to recover. It would have been better for Rigo to be the winner after applying a better and more systematic punishment than ending this fight on controversial fashion. Gilberto Ramirez also won on the first round but if threw more punches dropping his opponent 3 times and there was nothing controversial like a head but, not giving proper time to recovery and the borderline sucker punching.
