There was a fighter on ESPN2 maybe 10-15 years ago, he faked a glove touch then drilled the other fighter. The Ref took a point then let them continue, when the other fighter still looked hurt he dq'd the fighter who clocked him.

Weird situation, It wasn't the right call imo but it was the same type of thing.

Honestly I think the guy was looking for a way out, the punch that Rigo landed didn't look that clean or hard.

Still it was a combo of touch and shoot. It was legal but didn't look very honorable, unsportsmanlike I guess.

No it wasnt as bad as Floyd's. Ortiz had his hands down both times he got hit. Sod had his guard up. FOH

His guard was not up properly before Rigo threw the punches. Rigo threw the punches knowing Sod was unprepared.
