a fake fan? ha ha ha ha...please define this "fake fan"...

if you had read some of my previous posts, i had stated pac should retire...

now, what would that make me...a "true fan", a "casual fan"

or an electric fan ha ha ha
Ruslan continues to be overrated on these boards. Ruslan isn't an elite fighter and should not be considered the test to clear you to face Manny Pacquaio. If you are seriously comparing Provo to Pac then you are a fake as hell. You are hyping this guy up because Pac is fighting him and you want to lend credibility to this fight. That' why you are a fake fan, because you can't keep it real. Algieri is being gifted this opportunity, claiming otherwie is serious disrespect to Pac's legacy.

      "He's a stick and mover."

      so, like floyd? a boxer?

you see where i am going?

floyd is fighting maidana again...maidana the "brawler"

pac is fighting algieri, "the boxer"...

can you see the connection? possibly for may?

This is suited to arum's agenda all righty, this fight is happening in China, in Asia. It has a good storyline. Arum probably has a good grasp of Asian/Chinese culture now and has acquired the eye for whats "proper". Sometimes one must give the trust to Arum, hes on top of the ranks for many years in boxing anyways. What Arum is doing is for the benefit of boxing and boxers in the future, give that to Bob, years of experience taught him that. And nobody can deny that Arum and his company gave the sports of boxing classic fights that many still talks about to this day.

Algeiri is the kind of fighter than hes been ducking his entire career.

Floyd picks opponents that are usually shorter than him with a shorter reach and are flat footed with low volume.

Algeiri has better footwork and would boxes circles around him with throwing over 1000 punches a fight

            Algeiri UD 120-108 x3

If you think that this is a credible fight then you are obviously dense.

Manny isn't preparing himself for Floyd by fighting Algieri and Floyd isn't preparing himself for Manny by fighting Maidana.

Your post is pulling for strings at credibility here and laughable at best.

Pac isn't disrespecting his legacy by fighting Algieri, YOU are disrespecting his legacy by claiming that Algieri is on Pac's level and a credible opponent.

I have no problems with this fight, it's the fact that it is on PPV that is the issue. Tune-ups and stay busy fights shouldn't be something I'm asked to pay more for, it's that simple.

Algieri is nothing like Floyd? Floyd can move but he doesn't rely on his movement. Floyd can stand in front of a guy slip punches and counter. Floyd spends half the fight with his hands down. Algieri is Lara with more combos. There's nothing wrong with that. He just doesn't belong on PPV. I'd rather see Bradley III.

you seem to have great respect for pac...

                      i can admire that...

but at the same time you are saying pac is fighting a not so credible opponent...

                      how's that?

                      so, who should pac fight?
