Mayweather would of been better of saying he was doing the rope-a-dope, it would of made him sound smarter.

Remember when he said that after the Cotto fight? He said the same thing after. That he wanted to give the fans an exciting fight. So why didn't he do that against Guerrero and Canelo? The Guerrero fight was awful. So why didn't he decide to sit in the pocket for a round or two at the end of that one if he was so concerned about the fans? Didn't feel like it I guess. Guess he wasn't feeling that for the Canelo fight either. But the Maidana fight -- yeah he woke up that morning real concerned about the fans doe. Lmfaoooooo

Floyd will make it look easier now as he knows how to adjust, unlike Maidana who just does the same thing over and over, over hand right left.

Maidana has the ability to adjust, not sure where you got otherwise from.

Because he is lying through his teeth, Maidana dictated the pace of the fight and will do so again in Sept.

Maidana has the ability to adjust, not sure where you got otherwise from.

What is Miadana really going to do the next time that is different, he is not going to magically throw nice compact shots or gain better reflexes to avoid punches. Maidana is awkward and has decent underrated boxing ability but he is what he is and to go away from that would cause him to likely get beat very badly.

Punch selection ok, but that is not really doing anything much different just being smarter about his choices or fighting more effective in the way he normally does. Which would be helpful but that is not really taking a vastly different approach which is kind of what you were saying.

He didn't really find Floyd at least with real clean punches and he never had him hurt so I don't get how he knows that. In fact now he knows how good Floyd is so it could go the other way and him trying new things slows him down (thinking slows someone like Maidana down) which makes it that much easier for Floyd to do his thing.


He just needs to be better at what he did which is way easier said than done, not do something really different.

Floyd is going to whoop that a$$ again. last fight he showed maidana what his right hand can do and the jab to the body. Floyd is a mature fighter and handled the wild onslaught maidana brought by blocking, covering, and using the ropes, then boxing when it's time.. it is smart and tactical. What would you do against a guy like maidana? Brawl wit him or outsmart him, boxing is a thinking man's game, He knows how to win.
