People always talking about how Pacquiao hasn't knocked people out in a while but have anybody thought that maybe it's because Pacquiao holds back now? It may not be because he "can't" knock people out but it's because he doesn't want to seriously hurt them anymore. I truly believe that he still has some guilt from the Margarito fight and that may be why he doesn't have his killer instinct anymore. Heck, why else would he back off Rios and touch gloves with him in the last round?

Not only that, but he is slipping gradually since the Margarito fight, i think 152 was too much weight for him. Also, he is basically a part-time boxer and has been so since the Clottey fight. And he is facing some pretty durable guys.

Boxers are the most regulated and tested athletes I know of. Paulie sounds jealous and bitter. What is his beef? Pacqiao is more popular than him? Making more money than him?
