Boxers are the most regulated and tested athletes I know of. Paulie sounds jealous and bitter. What is his beef? Pacqiao is more popular than him? Making more money than him? Paulie is basing his drug results on fight results. Nobody has medical proof that Manny juiced and in America you are innocent until proven guilty. Su****ion is not proof.

People seem to miss the part of the article where it highlights how Pacquiao performances in the ring went from spectacular to alright, very shortly after being suspected upon for denying the random drug tests. No other fighter besides Roy Jones(who was juicing) have went from stellar to average from one fight to the next. It's pretty obvious, is all Paulie is saying and I have to agree.
