Some people including Paulie sound ****** sometimes. They make it seem like Pacquiao was NOT taking ANY drug tests at all. He was taking drug tests provided by the commission.
I don't think he is that type of person. He just seemed like a person who didn't want to give blood more than he needed to. ALOT OF PEOPLE believe that giving blood makes you weak. It's nothing new.

Once Pacquiao and the majority of people started seeing that people were indeed failing drug tests more often now. Of course Pacquiao and any normal person would just give in to random drug testing also.

LETS NOT FORGET PACQUIAO AGREED TO GIVE A BLOOD TEST RIGHT AFTER THE MAYWEATHER FIGHT IN THE CONTRACT, IF IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. HE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE BLOOD 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIGHT!!!


Also if Paulie was working for HBO and not being a Mayweather kiss ass. He would definitely not be talking bad about Pacquiao.

One thing to take from all this is that Pacfans will outright lie about things if they think it somehow helps or is protecting Pac. Malignaggi - Broner had USADA doing testing and here you all are saying he's never done testing with an outside agency.

When Pacquiao took Floyd to court for defamation, Mannys attorneys subpoenaed USADA to release Floyd's A samples (which were rumored to test positive) then Floyd settles in court

Don't nobody hate Pacquiao but its fans like u that don't see what's going on. Mayweather was the first to start the random blood test as the cash cow. Pacquiao was never higher than Floyd. It may not be because he "can't" knock people out but it's because he doesn't want to seriously hurt them anymore. I truly believe that he still has some guilt from the Margarito fight and that may be why he doesn't have his killer instinct anymore. Heck, why else would he back off Rios and touch gloves with him in the last round?

Completely irresponsible and simplistic statement by Paulie. Pacquiao just dominated Bradley a top pound for pound guy and won every round vs Rios with blood testing. Mayweather only uses USADA testing. And its' been reported he receives waivers on his results. So Paulie who claims judges are crooked doesn't even consider that Floyd only using USADA and refusing to use VADA when Pacquiao wanted to fight him isn't suspect... only the non-American guy is suspect... I get it...

Paulie, why aren't you questioning Bernard Hopkins... he's done some
"amazing" things in boxing... Why aren't you questioning why Mayweather only agrees to be tested by one organization... Why do you mention only one guy by name... I lost respect for Paulie with his Pacquiao obsession he has.. meanwhile; he kisses Floyd and Bernard's ass..

Paulie, question: why didn't you ask Shawn Porter to be tested?

USADA is the official testing agency of the US Olympics, has been in testing athletes for more than a decade and has caught hundreds of athletes cheating. VADA has been in business less than 5 years and has caught 6 boxers? You do the math on which agency should be held in higher regard.
