Styles, man. Pretty sure Garcia would have a tough night with PEDerson. If nothing else, if he's going to stay at 140 he should be trying to unify. There's no other reason to stay.

Absolutely correct. This is as good a reason as any to keep this thread on the front page, as is our mission as a united-on-this-issue-if-nothing-else-ever boxing fans.

Styles absolutely make fights. Matthysee's walkover of Peterson was great, but by no means would I expect Garcia to do that to him. Besides, what other fights at 140 besides a Herrera or Matthysee rematch would we even want to see with Garcia (realistically, speaking of course)? Broner, perhaps, but neither of them seem interested in fighting each other. Broner is on the Haymon Rehab Tour anyway, he won't take a big challenge for a while.

If Garcia was going to take a showcase fight, he should have moved up to 147 for this one.
