Whats funny many people felt when Garcia was matched up for Herrera we heard the same cries, but at the end of the fight many felt Herrera won that against Garcia. In terms of Rocky Balboa vs. Apollo Creed this is how I am measuring this fight

I was really hoping it'd be Lamont Peterson, but oh well hopefully he takes that belt from Peterson this year before moving to 147, all this duck this and duck that talk is comin from all the same people that called Danny a duck for a year all the way up until last summer when the Matthysse fight was announced, he fought ya'lls biggest giant in Matthysse, a guy ya'll claimed was a killa, and whooped his ass, now ya'll claim Herrera is a killa but before the Herrera fight ya'll were talkin the same crap ya'll are talkin about Salka.....Danny cleared that 140 division out last year when he whooped Matthysse, people claimed he was duckin Provodnikov and Provodnikov just got outboxed for 11 rounds two weeks or so ago by a guy with 8 KO, in case ya'll geniuses haven't figured it out a fighter with few knockouts is a fighter that thinks in the ring and doesn't rely on physical attributes......that's the reason we see a lot of hype jobs come and go in boxing because ya'll geniuses pay so much and nut when ya'll see a knock out yet when ya'll see the art of boxing on TV performed by guys like Rigondeaux, Lara, Floyd, Ward, Hopkins, etc. etc. ya'll yawn, turn the TV off, and throw MITCH fits

Dude you're drunk. Just for the record, Provo didn't get out boxed. Provo got Phukked like he did in the Bradley fight. He has to knock guys out because these judges aren't going to be quick to allow a Russian to win decisions here. Guys at ringside even said there is no way Provo lost. Secondly clown, comparing Herrera to Salka is really no comparison. Salka isn't on ANY organizations rankings; NOBODY. And if you're Danny Garcia, and he's "cleaned out the division", then you find a "name " Boxing recognizes, if you're not willing to unify with Peterson now. These guys are both season pros, Champs, they don't need tomato can tune ups.... You're Champion, you defend against "Contenders"; Salka and Santana aren't even "Pretenders"! Nobody talks about Huerrera like Salka/Santana. How do you select these two rubes who are not ranked ANYWHERE??? Just Promoter Malpractice!

Me too. Poor guy. All he did was get plucked out of obscurity by some guy looking for a soft touch after losing his last fight.

Man, I have a sneaking su****ion that Haymon and Schaefer are in collusion with this, and **** is still very much in the picture but operating in the background. There's no way Schaefer would just leave like that. Their plan to form their own company is still very much alive and they are saving the best or better fights for themselves. I've been noticing that they're not trying hard to make their fighters fight each other. They could have done Broner vs Mattysse very easily and many other potential box office hits. They're also trying to make Hoya look bad. But who are they fooling? If anything, Showtime is getting the brunt of the damage, not GBP.
