You must be blind as Ray Charles to not notice that his movement was horrendous against Cotto.

Margarito was banned over the Shane Mosley fight. Not the Miguel Cotto fight. Cotto fanboys will blame unproven and unseen "plaster" for their guys loss but when we can all see Sergio badly struggling with documented knee injuries, they dismiss it as "excuses"

Cotto drained Margarito and Margarito had previously suffered seriously bad eye injuries before and when he fought Pacquiao that should of been hist last fight the eye damage was far too much...
Although no Margarito the true warrior agreed to diva Cotto even though the diva wanted to drain Margarito down to 150lbs.
Either way the cowardly demands were met and Cottos cowardly gameplan played into affect and Margarito suffered due to that and that only, Margarito is a true warrior he was drained and the past injury played into affect and this is the only reason he lost.

Right so Margaritos punches were amazing in the first fight at an even lower weight yet in the rematch he is heavier and he couldn't hurt Cotto despite landing numerous blows on Cottos head and body... riiiiighhhht..

Plus Margarito was more than happy enough with the weight

There was a lot of talk going in about Sergio's knee being messed up. The surgeries, debate over the knee brace and all. Serg and his team kept saying it was fine.

For him to say "yeah my knee was messed up", a lot of fans who paid goon money would feel cheated that he went in with a hurt knee and kept telling the public that it was fine. It wasn't only Sergio saying it was fine, it was also DiBella.

But Sergio could of course said it was fine going in, then got re-injured during the fight, but he didn't and he took his loss like a champ.

Sergio Martinez was a true champion in defeat by not making excuses and several posters on here with Sergio in their avatars have not mentioned the knees and have nothing but praise for what Miguel did on Saturday night,however I have noticed many Margacheato fans constantly bashing the win and clutching to that tainted win that haopened so many years ago...
