imho, probably more than that, i'd say 80% at least.

i’m not surprise at all that the fraud ppv flops… you know why?

most Floyd fans beg for streams on fraud’s fight night!

        This.

IMO the only fight worth buying was Maidana because he actually beat Floyd 8-4 or 9-3 depending how you scored it. 44-2

Says Pac-Bradley did about the same number Mayweather did, and that Showtime needed to do 1.2 million buys to turn a profit.
Good post ill comment on it later...

i think its interesting to hear Arum say:
          800.000 PPV=24M
          1.2M PPV= profit...

The problem is that Floyd thinks that he was the A side and can:
            - cherry pick his opponent
            - fight in a 26ft ring
            - The promoted KO artist Maidana was not allowed to wear punchers gloves.

Well, Floyd forgot that the boxing fans are the true A side. We select which fights to watch and pay for.

              The truth in this quote.

Schaefer, Golden Boy Promotions CEO, reckons Mayweather's fight on 3 May against Marcos Maidana at the MGM Grand will be "the most expensive pay-per-view card we have ever put together and I believe the most expensive card ever put together in the sport of boxing". He adds pointedly: "I want to thank Floyd Mayweather for making this card happen.".

Straight from thr horses mouth. Most expensive card lol

who gives a shit. i only followed the mayweather-maidana fight through my twitter account. bottom line showtime is losing money instead of actually making some. dela hoya is smart, once the arum beef settles down, he will reconcile with HBO. that's actually more than what arum has got

Bob Arum is a bitter promoter. You have to look for a source elsewhere. Of course, people that want to believe this will with no questions asked.
