Erase all doubt my a.ss. Like I said, if he was relevant, he wouldn't give two ****s about people's "doubts". He wants the fight because he is irrelevant and Maidana isn't.

Floyd also said that he's going to give the fans an exciting fight as well. Now those statements from Floyd doesn't mean that he's the reason Maidana fought his fight because we all knew what Maidana was going to do and Floyd will have to buckle down and fight Maidana during their fight.
I believed Floyd in the Cotto fight when he said he did it for entertainment because he was still comfortably winning that fight, but he was down 4-2 in the first 6 rounds of the fight last night and still didn't move and hold and I find it odd that someone who's a born winner would risk giving up all those rounds and losing when he could pick and choose some rounds to dominate by circling and holding and then give the fans entertainment in some other rounds and fight him...i doubt Floyd would seriously risk his 0 like that

Chino was not at his best when he fought Devon.. dont know why people dont understand this. Him vs Devon.. and him vs Broner and Floyd is like night and freaking day.

Although I feel that Alexander's style is still all wrong for Chino, Ellerbe did bring up an intriguing point in an All Access episode where he stated that Maidana was ill/not ready for that fight but still went through with it. It wasn't publicized and could have just been Ellerbe talking Maidana up as a Floyd opponent but Maidana looked his worst in that fight.

Maidana is a tough SOB and has improved. I wouldn't mind seeing them fight again but it's not likely. Their careers are going in two different directions.

A question to ALL of you - Why would Devon call out a man he already beat INSTEAD of the man who ABUSED him (Porter)? But, Devon's that dude tho - SMDH......
