I agree with you, Arum's promotional company is becoming less powerful and not a whole lot of big or known fighters want to sign with him. Too bad Pacquaio is too loyal and too trusting towards the Snake. Oh well, if he will be guaranteed $15 to 20 mil a fight, then he is alright.
