Floyd says it himself, it is about the money, it about taking easy fights that can make a lot of money. He doesn't want to walk away from boxing with health issues and be broke.

If he would have fought Pacquiao and loss, he may have made 75m to 100m but would have missed out on 250 M from easy fights and may have some health issues, even if he would have won.
