The main event is going to be an awesome fight on its own but if they give us more on top of that then what else can you as a fan ask for?
They most likely will. Canelo isn't at a point where he can sell a PPV just by himself.
Lara also isn't an opponent that has casuals screaming.

        There we go. It's on!

My prediction is that it's a 9th round TKO victory for Canelo.
Erislandy Lara is no Guillermo Rigondeaux, and on July 12th everyone will see this.

Now I have to admit he is facing real challenge and I must respect him for do it. Everything is now up to Lara to show his quality. For me the fight is 50-50. Again my respects for Canelo and let the best win. Also Im glad they manage to have a fair bout by allowing Lara to be free of Ishe fight. I can't wait for this fight.
Trout, Floyd, Angulo, Lara....not a bad 4 fight run.

And just like the "Future" take so over!

Doesn't care about PPV cause Lara has 2 fans but cares about his fans!

              The boy is taking over

Again, i don't want my comments now to diminish my compliment for Canelo being accepting this fight. Said that let me tell you that Shane Mosley, Cotto or Martinez are old guys with a name but they are not real threats to an elite fighter in his prime. Also, Angulo was an easy fight for Canelo who picked the one who lost and not Lara who won. Trout never impress me. He won Cotto who as I said he is not anymore an elite fighter and as you may see Canelo and Lara won this guy. Mayweather is an exception because he is from another galaxy and due to his revenues no one cares about loosing with him. Canelo was not protected from Mayweather for the revenues and because is not so bad loose with him for a fighter reputation. On the contrary, being picked by him is better for a fighter reputation. But besides Mayweather all the other grandpas and losers not shows the level of quality he must have for almost 40 winnings and 1 lost. This Lara fight is really a threat for him where fans can bet with a high uncertainty when doing the bets due to the quality of both fighters.

Great news. I had little doubt the fight would go through, but you can never tell. Once again, props to Canelo for taking this fight. I hope both men come into this with their best stuff.

                      WAR LARA!
