Hunter is a s hitty trainer ... That girly voice telling his fighter to throw punches must annoy the fighters lol khan since being under him has looked worse than he ever has and I ll be surprised he looks any better in his next fight.. He may win with again a big struggle

i guess if freddie is silent we know virgil really does know something but dam seriously why would roach even go there whats the point i like roach but i can for sure how he rubs people the wrong way

Khan fights at a fast pace, and that's the fighting pace that suits his style and can be effective at times, but it's also the fighting pace that gets him in trouble and loses his fights. Hunter is trying to make Khan fights at a more composed and disciplined pace, but it's not working effectively.

Virgil's Agenda

I have heard Virgil spew his "they" agenda before and he is doing it here again. Hood? Haterism? Hmmm? We don't have to speculate on why names like Petronelli, Dundee, Atlas or Clancy weren't in the list of trainers he ran down. Simple fact is Virgil ain't all he is cracked up to be.

And such is the irony of a person using their race to gain special status or privileges while at the same time demanding others treat them as equals and look beyond the color of their skin.

I can't blame hunter. Roach can be a real ******* sometimes. The comments he made about hunter are uncalled for unless hunter said something before.

Hunter has done something roach has never done. He's built a fighter from the ground up. Roach has never done that.

I think what Virgil said was spot on. I don't get how anyone could not respect Virgil for what he's done. If you don't think Hunter has helped Ward to become the fightsr he is and stay unbeaten in what 15 - 20 years is ret@rded.

That's like saying Cus D'Amato didn't have a effect on Tyson. Hunter molded Ward into the champion he is, not saying Ward didnt put in the work and he wouldn't have achieved successes without Hunter. But Virgil deserves allot of credit for molding Ward the fighter and the man.


And as far as khan, yeah he looked better with Roach but anyone ever thought that having Lhan fight the way he did is what caused him to lose his soul against Garcia. Khan was mentally broken after Garcia, Hunter is trying to change his whole style so it doesn't happen again and it would have if he kept fighting the way he did. I could care less though I hate Khan.


Roach is a great trainer and achieved a great deal but he just seems like a bitter peice of *****, always insulting people and just bitter at life.
