I use "arguably" because all this is open to litigation and ultimately interpretation, something for the courts to decide (unless they settle out of court).
Not exactly. She said so herself, there was no agreed upon price. It was a price range. That in itself tells me two things. Price must be actual. It cannot be vague or open to interpretation. A price range does not suffice. It is not actual. It also tells me she doesn't understand what the agreement was for. It was not for the purposes of an actual fight, it was fir the purposes of negotiating a fight with HBO. That's quite different than the agreement she claims she has.

That's is not at all what anyone said. I've read it. I've 're read it. Don't see that.

It's right there in the following sentence.
Yvon said, it's written there, that we will accept a sum between A and B. We would work and we would negotiate with HBO and accept a sum between A and B, two figures. Get the highest we can, but we agreed to a sum. And I have that sum right now from HBO.

Once again re read what that said. She agreed to a sum range with Michael. Not an actual sum. I think u are clearly misreading what is being said. Michael himself said they never agreed to an HBO deal because they were after the Fonfara deal first. There was no actual agreement on an actual sum.

I don't see why people this reflects poorly on Haymon he came in and got his client more money which is his job his job is to advise and get better deals; Duva as a promoter should care about the fans but Haymon job isn't for the fans but his client.

              That remains to be seen.

Stevenson got more for the Fonfara fight, but only because Haymon split it from the Kovalev fight ensuring HBO would not pay what Stevenson wanted.

It seems self-serving, i.e. Haymon knew HBO were not going to pay big for Fonfara without a guarantee he'd fight Kovalev, leaving it an easy choice to move to Showtime (using Hopkins as an additional carrot).

In short, Haymon may have cost Stevenson money depending on what percentage Stevenson gets from a Hopkins bout - if Hopkins even beats Shumenov.

If Hopkins wins he will certainly fight Kovalev, Hes not going to pass up a chance at money. No way in hell and he won't want to look like a coward after all that.

Hopkins isn't fighting kovalev. At least not on HBO.
