Comments Thread For: Fury: After Chisora, Klitschko Will Be Forced To Fight Me!

TYSON FURY says Wladimir Klitschko will have no option but to fight him if he can overcome Dereck Chisora.

Fury meets Chisora in their WBO heavyweight title eliminator at the Manchester Arena on July 26 for the right to face WBO, WBA, IBF and IBO champion Klitschko.

Before you even think about Wlad, face Thompson, since he's been calling you out. If you can get past ol' tiger, you're ready.

Ok, Fury, if you get past Chisora (hardly a given), you can get in line, behind Pulev.

I don't think Wlad will ever fight Fury. I think he will focus on becoming undisputed champ vs the winner of Stiverne/Arreola - both made for him - and retire before facing Fury, who would be a nightmare opponent for Wlad.
With his monster reach and fast hands Fury would be able to find Wlad's chin from long range, which is bad news for Wlad.
And Wlad's tactic of draping himself over opponents and clinching to nullify inside fighting would not work against a guy 3 inches taller and just as strong as he is. Fury loves to wrestle and rough opponents up on the inside. Again that's bad news for Wlad.
I have a lot of respect and admiration for Wladimir, but styles make fights and Fury's style - or sometimes LACK of style - would give him fits.

Watch Wlad vs Wach. In that fight Wlad showed good boxing ability and surprisingly decent head movement against a significantly taller and heavier opponent. There is more to him than just jab-jab-clinch, even if he rarely does anything else.

That said... f you Wlad, why did you choose Leapai over Pulev???

Leapai is a mandatory you dunce.

That said, Wlad can only fight the mandatories until he gets an optional approved. When you have 3 belts to defend it's going to be like this.

Wlad will face Fury eventually and when he does, if he is not shot it will be target practice. Fury is a cool dude and I've warmed up to him. He will never be on Wladimir's level though.

being mandatory means they have to fight you within a year so that will be more than 2 fights unless fury plans on getting rusty and out of shape. Also the balls still in frank warrens court and he has more hoops to jump through with the chisora fight, warren will still have more tricks and mind games up his sleeve, the fight might get pushed back or change of venue all sorts of tricks warren will likely pull to break fury mentally. And hennessy should have gone over the contract so he could have got fury another fight somewhere else if warren didnt deliver the second fight.

Only if they mandate it... after this mando he's allowed a voluntary

                    IBF better mandate it
