OK... We'll set up the final details when they announce the fight... or when Hopkins officially retires...
    Good luck, man!

Younger Hopkins beats him, the style suits him.

But today's version I don't know, the style still suits him but Kovalev brings more than he's seen recently.

      Kovalev ain't Cloud.

Everyone acts like Hopkins is gonna lay down for this Russian dude. I'm ready. Serve up the contracts. Hopkins will lace 'em up and serve up a Philadelphia boxing lesson. The more aggressive the Russian is the better; he'll just run into some ****.

It would be a beautiful boxing lesson, and Hopkins would stare down press row again. Never count out The Alien! You can't knock him out.

Hopkins on paper looks to be a favorite over kovolev, but at his age i just dont know

Hopkins either outboxes sergi, runs from him all night and loses a decision, or gets stopped

Hopkins showed his age i his last fight. I feel he is done at or near the top. He's good at avoiding being knocked out plus has a great chin, so Lev by decision.

He know how to survive if worse comes to worse. He'll pull out a special tool from the toolbelt if Kovalev tries to come forward and let his hands go.

When have you ever seen Hopkins get hit with a combination? C'mon, dog.

The Alien went twelve with a prime Roy Jones and he wasn't even lumped up after. What the **** has Kovalev done?

All you guys are gobbling up that HBO hype
                    .
You didn't catch Kovalevs breakout I take it? HBO only picked him up 6 months and 2 fights ago...he only signed with Main Events 4 fights ago and FNF 6 fights ago- Kovalev made his own damn hype by knocking everyone in front of him out. Prior to the Lonnie B fight he was fighting just to pay for food, lodging and training.

Even I've some sympathy with those who say GGGs been promoted beyond his achievements, but the same can't be said for Kovalev - guy came up the old fashioned way. Regardless - you probably ain't interested, but you can watch his last 6 fights in full in under 40 mins and judge for yourself.
