Maidana is tailor made for Floyd. What can Maidana possibly do to win this fight??? He does not have the style to beat Floyd. I must admit, all Floyd does is win win win. But he is beating B and C level opponents. If this fight doesn't end with a KO or TKO, it will speak volumes about Floyd. The greats usually get rid of lesser level opponents. They don't make it to the last bell. I'm ready for Floyd to stop fighting so cautious and go for the stoppage. He is too good and too skilled to be letting these type of fighters go the distance.

So sick of people saying Amir Khan will give Floyd problems. Khan is fast but predictable and easy to time.

The timing may get in the way but I'd love to see Floyd take on Martinez if he looks good vs Cotto. Besides Timmy and Manny if he wins, no-one else has earned it. And those 2 fights aren't happening.

They are both pressure guys who are active and are out to get after the other guys. There are some differences sure like Maidana is a bit more clever and thoughtful while Margarito is probably a bit tougher and bigger but if you thought one guy could do work they fight close enough that you should have some hope for the other guy

Mayweather schooled JMM after coming out of retirement, while Manny was put to sleep by JMM after being active.

Manny fought Cotto at a catchweight to drain him and didn't win going away. Floyd a Cotto who wasn't weightdrained and fought him in the pocket.

I said similar, and they are more alike than they are different. Unless you assume Mexican blood makes Margarito extra special~ because new flash he was a limited fighter just like Maidana but both were able to make it work.


Are they equals tough to say, but to act like Margarito is head and shoulders makes me chuckle~
