GGG obviously. And he would annihilate Ward if Ward found the guts to come down to 160.

And this is why Golovkin got better ratings on HBO and is heading into a PPV fight unlike coWard.

Nobody, except 11% of fans lol, cares about Ward. He can't even compete with Golovkin being listed on the P4P lists, not even with that kind of promotion can he surpass Golovkin. And people know Golovkin would absolutely destroy him so Ward has been forgotten in the depths of hell.

What did you guys think of Lampley a while ago saying GGG v ward wasn't even a fight fans wanted or were thinking about? WOuldn't HBO put GGG in with Ward if they thought he would beat him?

Granted, ward isn't Mr. Excitement, but he is universally considered the 2nd best fighter in the world and does draw well in Oakland. He doesn't fill he house but he does get more than GGG does in te MSG theatre.

Keep wishing. The Kessler fight still haunts you, I see.

It's more than a buzzkill. He's stealing decision victories over opponents he's worried about and who could probably knock his ass out. Only in this modern era of primadonnas and feeble minded fans is a "boxer" able to be a star using Ward's style of fighting. Back in the day, that ****er wouldn't have a job.

Think of the money stolen from the fans. All those people bought tickets to se that turd fight. That Kessler fight should have been fireworks. But Ward managed to make it into a snoozefest. Just like the decision with Dirrell and Froch ... I would have scored for Froch too. And I would have scored for Kessler.

Honestly, I am not interested. The only thing that sort of makes me want to see the fight happen is just to see Ward get destroyed and his few fans to get humiliated as well. Aside from that, I honestly couldn't care less.

Ward is a boring fighter, there is nothing interesting about him or his fights to intrigue me.

And most people laugh at the notion of Ward being listen anywhere in the top 3 P4P anyway so it really doesn't mean much. In reality, people regard Mayweather, Pacquiao and Golovkin as the true P4P names, aside from them they are all just there to fill the list in no particular order.

ok. I would think HBO would match them if they though GGG would win. While Ward isn't a star, he is , again universally rated the 2nd best boxer in the world in every reputable, unbiased ranking. I don't think there is a win that would get him more respect, even Mayweather at 154.

Manny and GGG are #2 and #3 p4p. I would strongly disagree. Manny is mostly top 5-7 now and GGG mostly outside the top 10. I guess we all have our own opinions.

The question should have been, who's the more accomplished amateur and professional, who's the more polished, who's resume is the deepest, and most important...

                      Who's the younger fighter?
