True about his comp, but Canelo was a bigger star before he ever got his first good scalp in Trout. GGG had the 3rd highest rated fight of 2013, and was voted fighter of the year in a Ring readers poll. That means lotsa fan appeal

GGG's power is what has made him a star. After all don't most fans watch boxing hoping for some highlight reel knockouts? With that said GGG is still overrated as well as over hyped and he still has much to prove at middleweight before he even thinks of moving into another division. But there ain't no doubt that his power is the real deal.
