Floyd won't be "putting on his track shoes", he will exchange blow for blow with Maidana in the center of the ring.

Floyd's team will study the Maidana vs Alexander fight and one up on that. That fight would have been a lot harder for Devon but the ref allowed Devon to hold on every occasion and that was a wrap for Maidana as he just got frustrated in there.

So that said, Floyd can hold, elbow with the best of them and frustrate Maidana. If there is a good ref that will not accept that then Maidana will have his shots but with Floyd, the ref is usually not going to stop him from doing those things (elbow/holding). That said, it will end up being the most frustrating fight to watch ......ARGHHHH!
