Honestly, I haven't been as pumped up as I should be for a Pacquiao fight but I just feel like I have watched this fight already.
The only thing pumping me up is the fact that Manny might come in for the kill this time considering he is trying to prove he definitely won the first time, that his time is not done yet AND that the winner of the Marquez/Alvarado fight will be the mandatory challenger for the winner of this fight. And I'm sure Pacquiao is more than hungry for a shot at Marquez again. This right here is the opportunity of a lifetime to be able to right your wrongs and rewrite history. Not many end up in this type of scenario.
SO that right there is getting me a tad excited. I truly hope Pacquiao trashes Bradley... that would make the fight right there worth it for me.

A victory over Bradley would push Pacquiao back to the top of the boxing world.
He should be man enough to give Pacquiao at least one rematch in return and also prove that his victory wasn't a fluke. I also want to see Marquez get a beating. That would be satisfying to see for me personally.
Same... I want to believe Pacquiao and see that killer instinct back. Pacquiao is one of the most exciting fighters in boxing and to see him on top again would be great for boxing. His hunger hopefully lasts for a bit more and we get to see one final monster run from him.

Asking for another fight is a red flag, and it's downright ridiculous for reasons that do not need to be explained. There is such thing as enough, and there is such thing as a great ending to a great rivalry, and that last encounter marked both. There is no reason to argue otherwise, and I wouldn't even bother explaining this to you if it weren't for the fact that you sounded level headed on NSB radio, but this is something I will never agree with you on. I pretty much don't even discuss this series sadly because of people like you who act like there is unfinished business when in fact there is not, let's move on.
Pacquiao was doing some serious damage to Marquez and was ahead in all three scorecards with the momentum going his way. It was Pacquiao's confidence and carelessness when he hurt Marquez that had him jumping straight into that punch. To say otherwise would be downright absurd. And another fact is that Pacquiao has officially won 2 fights and Marquez 1.. which he did by KO and you and I both know that it would not happen again, it was a scenario that happened due to rare circumstances.
I get that you're a Marquez fan and I get that you would rather end it that way instead of seeing Marquez get beat again.
I'll be here after Pacquiao-Marquez V to remind you of why I was right once Pacquiao absolutely destroys Marquez and goes ahead 3-1. That is if Marquez has the balls to step inside the ring with Pacquiao again for that 5th belt he claims to want.Last edited by The Problem Child; 03-23-2014, 11:20 PM.
