These guys are businessmen. Im sure they can get over whatever personal issues they have if it means they all get the monetary compensation they hope to get.

My point is, Arum is getting Pac other fights and all fans seem to be ok with him not even trying to make the Floyd fight happen. I dont get that.
Hey ****** would floyd let arum and top rank promote his fights?? No! So what makes u think arum will let another promotional company promote a mega fight involving his biggest cash cow?

          Its Bradley or nothing

Pov doesnt belong in the ring with Pac, its an easy fight for him, he has zero chance like Triple G said

Either opponent he picks still doesn't do very high PPV numbers like Mayweather is getting. I wish HBO would start doing business with GBP again. Top Rank would have to start doing better fights then, too. It would be better overall for us fans. Because Top Rank never is going to do business with GBP unless HBO forces their hand. They have the power but for some reason don't want to do it. They hold the money that pays all these purses.

I mean, does anybody really care to see him face Abregu? Vargas? Alvarado? Mayfield? The smart thing would be for Pacquiao to not sign with any promoter. That way, he can fight Golden Boy fighters and Mayweather. But from what I hear, Pacquiao is not that smart.
Abregu is a golden boy fighther just saying

Provodnikov Looks like an up-graded version of Rios. He doesnt really have anything to bother Pac with. Judging by the way Bradley tore his face up with pitty pat punching, Pac is going to rearrange Ruslan's face. As we saw in the Bradley fight, Prov's only success was when Bradley stopped and traded, when Bradley moved and boxed, the fight was completely one sided. The better fight would be a rematch against Bradley, Bradley looks to be improving while Pac seems to be declining. Plus it is unfinished business.

Well most of Mayweather's fighters have fought in co promotions with GBP. Similar to the way Mayweather works with Golden Boy, and the way Cotto was working with GBP and currently with Top Rank. As a matter of fact Cotto's fighters still fight under Co promotions with GDP and TR. Events that are primarily handled by GBP and TR. Lou Dibella and the rest do it to, so it has always been practiced. I agree though Arum aint letting the CASH COW get promoted. though i do remember that every time Pac fights GBP is supposed to get a small percentage as part of an arbitration settlement when Pac excepted $1 mil from DLH with no intention of signing.

Pac speaks in broken english so it's hard for us to gauge his true IQ level, but his english is actually pretty damn good compared to a lot of foreign fighters who have tried their hand at picking up the language. I certainly don't think he's dumb.

The problem is his loyalty. It's almost blind at this point. Now some may consider that dumb in itself, but you gotta remember that Manny came from nothing. He came from shambles. Bob Arum, even despite the possibility that he has been shady towards MP, gave Manny the pathway to worldwide superstardom and damn near countless 20 million dollar purses. I guarantee you that Manny looks at Bob as a father figure. Manny probably feels like he owes his life to him.

Now again that in itself may be considered dumb...but you gotta get in his shoes first. Imagine coming from the streets of a third world country to meeting a guy who helps mold you into a global icon and makes you a multi-multi millionaire.

Easy for us to sit here and say what we would do.
                    Well said, Mike D.

Many people fail to realize that some of the "dumb" moves that Manny makes is because of his Filipino identity. It's a cultural thing for Manny. Loyalty to one's benefactor is part of his cultural identity.

I also vaguely remember reading a journalist/blogger's explanation of why a Filipino would defiantly and angrily refuse to comply with an unjustified demand to prove his innocence based on a falsified accusation. I forgot exactly how he phrased the Filipino analogy, but to paraphrase the analogy he rephrased for the western mindset...suppose someone knocks on your door and demands to see the receipt and all documentation to prove you didn't steal the car that's parked in your garage. We'd say, "GET THE F___ OUT OF HERE!" Well, that's essentially what Manny was saying when he refused the first roadblock and brought his fight to court to clear his name...a court case which he won after team Mayweather finagled a confidentiality agreement to squash anymore talk and investigation about his own failed drug tests. People conveniently forget or ignore that fact just to continue their own delusional rants and insults.

I would rather see tim-manny 2,, it seems to be a bigger more meaningful fight

Ruslan-manny is cool as a backup, but only if its at 140 for ruslan's belt,, I wont be that interested if its a meaningless fight at 147
