Today, he seems no longer interested in the fight. Today, his answer to that fight is NO. And he can give many excuses to explain his answer. He can say the Pacquaio filing the lawsuit permanently killed the fight. He can say anything.

But the answer is NO. In my opinion, he should just retire since that's the only fight really left for him. Nothing left to prove.
    Amen to that.

I think he just wants to keep proving he can keep using boxing to make million dollar paydays, keeping it big business, without having to meet the fans' clamor for the ethos & ideal of boxing of The Best Fighting The Best. Like he said, "Legacy don't pay bills."

NEWS/ Pacquiao Slaps Mayweather Sr. With $25 Dollar Defamation Lawsuit
      by ALEXIS L. LOINAZ

Professional boxer and international icon Manny Pacquiao has leveled a $25 dollar lawsuit against Floyd Mayweather Sr, alleging that the trainer tarnished his reputation by making unfounded comments about him recently.

In the complaint, per The Huffington Post, Pacquiao claims that Mayweather Sr. defamed him by alleging in a news release that the boxer had at one time or another taken performance enhancing drugs.

"If Pacquiao clean, he gets dat ass whooped!!", said the famous trainer.

Pacquiao, who in court papers described Mayweather Sr. as "an addict who of which I am praying for" is expected to finalize an upcoming fight with an opponent still yet to be determined, or at least announced.

Pacquiao's attorney, Bob Sacamano, claims that Mayweather Sr. continues to have an "ongoing and improper involvement" in the case.

"Mr. Mayweather's comments and actions would seem to suggest that, if he could have his own way, Mr. Pacquiao would never, ever ever ever ever fight his son, and also it's highly unlikely that Mr. Mayweather's relationship with former promoter Bob Arum would never have been brought to the light of public scrutiny," Sacamono said in a news release issued yesterday.

In the lawsuit, Pacquiao characterized Mayweather Sr as an "out-of-control crack ******* addict who does not care about the truth" and who "maliciously" tried to ruin his reputation.

The lawsuit is reportedly only for $25 dollars -- a rough estimate of Mayweather's evening crack ******* spending habits.

The only one crying now is Marquez for a Bradley rematch. Maybe Bradley will tell him that he wants to keep the feel good feeling.

I was not too sure of the timing of Ariza joining the camp but I do think he's dirty. Check out what Roach had to say about him while he was in pac's camp. it kind of makes pac look suspect.

Trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. is still convinced that eight division former champion Manny Pacquiao was taking performance enhancing drugs a few years. The past PED claims by Mayweather Sr. had forced Pacquiao's hand in filing a defamation lawsuit.

Mayweather Sr. believes Pacquiao was taking something during his victories against Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto, Joshua Clottey and Antonio Margarito.

            yeah right
