And none of this is getting under Manny's skin or anything," "I'm here with Manny, and to him, it's like a joke. It's a laughing matter," "It's something foolish anyway. Why would we be concerned? We know he doesn't do any of that s**t."
    isn't true?

Roach was video tapped by ring ****zine and other outlets saying he wanted a 14 day cut off on the testing because Pacquiao would get weakened when blood was drawn and he didn't want to lose 2-3 days of intense training and sparring with him. He said that 2-3 days.
    GTFOH
Apparently you don't know the prior history of the event that made Manny wary of blood draws too close to a fight. Try Googling about Manny's blood draws before the Morales fight in 2005. It affected him adversely because he was cutting weight, it was 2 days before weigh-in, and he couldn't eat or drink anything after the blood draw. That's what Roach was referring to.

I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd discovered this too about Manny, when researching what Manny's weaknesses are, and that led him to impose blood testing into the negotiations. It definitely wasn't just to "clean up the sport," otherwise we would be seeing more involvement and investment of time as an activist by him with the various testing agencies.

So we can acknowledge that "official and serious" negotiations occurred in the past...and that the negotiations happened even when "you-know-WHO" was Manny's promoter?

There was no "promotional issue" (per Stephen Espinoza when explaining Floyd's excuse) back then, but it becomes the issue this time around? It follows the pattern of concessions being made, then new roadblocks being thrown up. It becomes apparent who doesn't want the fight.

Why are the Mayweather's are too busy talking about Pacquiao, they are not even going to fight? I saw Pac on TV being asked about why the Mayweather's are talking about him... he just smiled... (insultingly)

No silly. If Pacquiao is clean or dirty as a dog he gets whooped.

if the primate is 100% sure his chicken son would beat pac even with his eyes closed, and his left hand tied at his back, they should let the fight happen and whoop pac as they so believe so the issue will end...as simple as that...

but the fact is that the ape-man is scared his son might be another delahoya, hatton, cotto or margarito...

the drug testing issue is so hollow and only morons would believe it...

When manny agreed to testing last year floyd called him and offered him 40 mil no ppv and he again said no. This is why the fight. Didn't happen but you know this.

When manny refused both times you agreed with these decisions and justified them. Now you are trying to say he didn't refuse. Why is it so hard to hold manny accountable for his actions?
                JUST EXCUSES!!!

Floyd puts roadblocks so that the fight will not happen.

You don't ACCUSE publically with the hopes that your opponent will say yes. Usually, Floyd does that type of talking once the contracts are all signed up! Hmmm, I wonder why he did that!!!

Manny and Floyd negotiated initially and couldn't come to an agreement. It didn't help the matter that Floyd and company kept on ACCUSING Manny that he is a PEDs user. They still do that to this day!!! That would tick off anyone but especially someone at the top in respect to boxing and also as far as being a politician. So if YOU and other Floyd fans can believe that Floyd doesn't want to fight Manny because he got too sensitive in that Arum is "not a nice person" then you should understand the above. Still, Manny never said no to "extra testing", they BOTH couldn't agree to the cutoff date. Also, he was OK with full random urine testing.

If Floyd stopped there then we can all agree that it was a negotiation issue not Floyd being Floyd and not taking risky fights ..... but he CONTINUED to say "TAKE THE TEST AND WE HAVE A FIGHT" ..... once Manny said "OK FLOYD", Floyd moved onto another roadblock.

Up until Manny lost his fights in 2012, monetarily, the revenue amounts should not have been extremely different because they were still the biggest draws including all of 2012. Manny did better on a yearly basis. Floyd did slightly better on a per fight basis, DEPENDING on who they fought.

So when Manny said I'm willing to take a bit less to get the fight on, EVERYONE would agree that that did not mean that Floyd should take ALL PPV MONEY .... so if you are being objective about it, Floyd is using a roadblock with the purpose of making sure that the fight will not happen!!!

                    You mad?

The man has more boxing knowledge in his pinkie toe than you will ever know.

                    Jealousy is sad.

Yes, at one point in time, both sides seriously wanted the fight. But a deal couldn't be made because of issues with the random drug testing request.

Today, he seems no longer interested in the fight. Today, his answer to that fight is NO. And he can give many excuses to explain his answer. He can say the Pacquaio filing the lawsuit permanently killed the fight. He can say anything.

But the answer is NO. In my opinion, he should just retire since that's the only fight really left for him. Nothing left to prove.
