thats the problem, people like ts believing the crap floyd has said

ortiz and guerrero were c level guys, someone like rios would actually kill them, hence showtime losing like 20m on guerrero

you see, lets look at pacs last 3 guys

    rios, marquez and bradley

look at the guys floyd has faced recently at 147 guerrero and ortiz, pacs guys are better

resume wise floyd has avoided the best and still does so, he fought canelo after draining him big time which showed in the fight

prime pac, williams, mosley, cotto, margo and more like kosta

    floyd has ducked them all

the problem is golden boy spout rubbish, just look at the khan fight, he is on the same level as guerrero and ortiz, there is nothing different, these are terrible match ups but as long as they can keep tricking the average person like ts, they will fail to see the light

thankfully the majority have seen it now though

        LMAO

Rios is washed up plodder coming off a loss who had no business at WW.

Feather fists and washed up boxers thats all Arum wants Pac to fight until he retires broke living in a cabin in the Philippines.

Or he can leave Arum and get paid like all of Al Hay/GoldenBoy fighters and rack up wins against young hungry boxers.
I dont know if you know this or not...But ummm Pac was also coming off a Loss. A loss more devastating than Rios loss. Also he was coming off a year layoff. the longest in his career. After being knocked unconscious.

So a tune up come back fight isnt smart in your book? Its very smart. And with a ****er like Rios with a granite chin...Thats took balls. Pac could have fought someone like Guererro or Ortiz...Hell even Khan...if he wanted a quick Knock out!

Rios is probably rated because he doesn't lose much, and has a habit of winning, a bit like Pac and Floyd. FLoyds other opponent Ortizis rated lower than Rios btw.

Floyd on the other hand has a nice relaxing luxury lay off and all he can muster up is performances over Ortiz, Guerrero and CW Canelo.

Pac is held to a far higher standard than Floyd could ever dream of.
I want you to think long and hard about what you just said.

IMO, the reason his stock has fallen is simply due to lack of appealing fights out there. The controversies and his KO loss to JMM. Since the Cotto fight, I have only been interested in 2 fights.. JMM III and Bradley.. That's it.

What hurt those bouts were the controversy that ensued. Myself, I thought both decisions were wrong in those two fights.. So after JMM III I'm sure the displeasure that the fans had in the arena and watching it on ppv probably thought about buying another PPV again when it came to these two guys.. Then you follow that up with Bradley.. Man, oh man.. The **** storm that came after that fight was just solidifying the BS that transpires in a Manny fight.

Then the KO loss.. The aura, the mystique and the superman aspect that was Manny is gone. His fans abandoned him as well as a big part of the public and casual fans of boxing. You follow that up with a fight against a fella named Rios, the fight being in China and there's more reason as to why his star is shining as it once was.

Your not a real boxing fan if you'd rather watch Floyd vs Khan over Pacquiao vs Bradley 2

And before the Broner fight, everyone rated Rios as being better than Maidana
Is One thing to be a fan of a boxer, but you are ridiculous.
How many fights did marg win after he was caught using plaster of Paris? He won one fight against a bum. How many fights has he won at 154 against decent competition? None. Marg pac fight was bs. How can two fights who did nothing at 154 fight for the belt at acw of 150? Corrupt bs.
Ross fought one fighter above 135 prior to pac, and if I recall many ppl thought he lost his Las fight at 135. Rios was a one dementional fighter coming off a loss with no credentials at 147. Ortiz was the wbc champ and the ghost was a mandatory and a 4 time champ.
Who thought Rios was a better ww than Maidana?

Loss or no loss, Rios didnt belong anywhere near Pac

Hell Rios should have retired, guy is punch drunk, who has absorbed so much punishment over the years. Its sad he will continue to fight on and carry on losing.

Look i like Pac, however i'm simply telling you why i dont look forwards to his fights anymore, and thats simply because of the competition, there wasnt the slightest chance in my head that i thought Rios posed a single threat to Pac.

Bradley rematch i do welcome, however after that Pac needs to consider jumping the ship, there is nothing left over at TR for him to fight.

He's in financial difficulties, its time he cuts the drainer milking him dry loose and goes where the big boys fight.

Guererro, Ortiz and Khan are better fighters than Rios and beat him handily.
