The challenge clearly came from Marquez!!!! Floyd was coming off a 2 year layoff. The hold point was Marquez challenging Manny @ 147 after Manny moved up so Marquez was coming up anyway so stop posting BS!!!!
Only reason Marquez challenged Floyd was because he wanted the big money fights after being left out of them for so long. Who cares who challenged who? Floyd claims Marquez as a victory and uses him as an example of guys he beat but the guy was a blown up 135 pounder that hadn't adjusted to the additional weight yet. After that he went back down to 140 to fight Diaz and then had a some tune ups at 140-147 before he got Pac at 147. Floyd even cheated him on the scales to get an advantage in the ultimate ***** move.
Fact is Floyd fought a guy Pac had beaten years earlier, fought a Cotto that Pac destroyed almost 3 years earlier. Not to mention he fought a Victor Ortiz that Maidana made quit in the middle of the ring and he wants to talk about leftovers?
Be proud of all your red k, you earned it buddy...

Some posters are young and will post anything. I'm talking about adults and serious media/fans.

For any Manny fan to take this as anything but a joke makes little sense-especially when they have been fine to repost and sig memes/gifs of floyd, broner and JMM.

Personally, I prefer the "recycled" route Arum has gone with Manny more than I do pointless fights like Khan. But it is what it is. You, I'd be a helluva lot more excited about a JMM-Pac V or a Bradley-Pac II than I am about a Floyd-Khan or a Floyd-Chino. But until the two companies get together and workout this beef. This is what we're gonna be stuck with when it comes to the world's most popular fighters.
The problem for GBP is floyd is far more superior to GBP's other fighters than manny is to TR's stable, and manny is superior to everyone other than JMM.

Manny's fanbase wants to see manny win and wants the fight to be exciting. TR's stable provides both. I think fans, die hard and casual, have begun to notice this and don't purchase manny's fights as much as they used to.

I think CBS president Moonves declaring war on HBO and trying to make sho the #1 boxing network drives the fued. DOubt it ends soon.

Some people are very young, some people troll, others are dead serious without thinking about the complete picture. Many will say something unbelievable and actually mean it. That guy was posting all kinds of lame statements in one post after the next. Most likely serious too. Without emoticons, everything should be considered as being said with a straight face, unless there are words tagged to show intent beyond the message.

I say C. Floyd just ****in' around having fun with the P@ct@rds. I'm fairly certain Floyd visits boxing websites. And whether he posts or not, I'm sure he gets a kick outta riling Pac's fans up. And if not boxing sites, I'm sure his Twitter account is offering up plenty laughs for him right about now.

[QUOTE=BIGPOPPAPUMP;14070131]Floyd Mayweather Jr. continued his social network assault on Manny Pacquiao. The biggest fight in boxing is once again in spotlight, although Mayweather is now sitting in a much higher position since the very first time the two sides attempted to make a fight several years ago.

For the last few days, Mayweather has been taking shot at Pacquiao with several photos. This time Mayweather made reference to Pacquiao controversial decision loss to Timothy Bradley, his sixth round knockout at the hands of Juan Manuel Marquez - and the Filipino boxer's financial troubles with the Internal Revenue Service.

Floyd's hilarious. Let see him fight Castillo or Cotton four times and let's how he makes it out of them.

This fight should be made. No need for an undercard just get right to the main event with Pacquiao walking out to Mariah Carey singing why you so obsessed with me and Floyd walking out to Why can't we be friends. Lol serious bout no undercard though. No need to build the anticipation just get to it.

But if he is in the final stages of picking his next opponent, I don't see how he has such free time and with the holiday demands as well. I consider more of a sign of something, like birth pains where a cluster of something means something. Floyd has never had a concentrated amount of chatter regarding Pac literally days in a row and if his account was hacked, he would have said something. I don't think it is Floyd just being a butt head so my guess is A or B.

I'm a far bigger Floyd fan than fan of Manny. But I've ordered all of Pac's recent fights with the exception of Rios. The only Floyd fight I've ordered recently is Canelo. And that's cause I was sick and didn't feel like going to the theatre. In defense of Floyd. I will say not ordering his fights probably has more to do with him making them available cheaper at the theatre. But even a that. I think I'd have a hard time shelling out 70-75 bucks for Ortiz or Guerrero or Khan now. I don't blame Floyd. He's. Wiped out GBP's welterweight stable. And he's not really a jr middleweight. So I have no problem with him being choosy about who he fights there, weighting risk/reward of course. Bu ultimately you're right. TR's guys can be more competitive witth Pac than GBP's guys can be with Floyd.
