This will be more toe to toe than people realise.

People think PAC can't knock down or hurt Floyd, but you have to remember PAC's power is being highly underrated! He's no Lucas Matthysse for sure but he can definitely hurt you. Bradley has a cast iron chin, as does Rios. People say his power is faded but Rios went into a Clottey shell for 12 rounds, Bradley has awkward upper body movement and fast feet and Pac was still catching him.

Let's not forget how KO percentages can be misleading. Maidana can **** and hurt Floyd but what top fighters has he KO'd? He couldn't finish Khan, he beat up a blown up flat footed Adrien Broner and couldn't finish him... PAC put a 170lbs Clottey in a shell for 12 rounds, knocked down HOF chin in Mosley, annihilated Hatton, put Rios in a shell for 12 rounds and had his head looking like a basketball, knocked down Algieri 6 times..

Pac can definitely knock down Floyd, and Floyd can still knock down PAC both have underrated pop.

PAC has ATG stamina but his work rate is declining, Floyd's workrate and reflexes are also declining heavily, for periods in that Maidana fight where Floyd was trapped in the corner I was thinking if that was Pac he would be on him like a hive of bees swarming him.

To beat Floyd you need a good straight left and Pac's is the best in the business (Floyd has always been vulnerable to straight left hands) you need speed (only maybe ONE fighter Judah matched him for speed but his stamina is poor) you need a stellar gas tank (Pac has phenomenal stamina, better than Floyd's). Pac has the ingredients to make this one heck of a fight and I see it as being very close.

Remember, almost every southpaw Floyd has faced gave him trouble, yeah he won, but the southpaws he faced simply weren't very good, that shoulder roll defence is not designed for southpaws.

Larry Merchant said it in the beginning of the Corley fight.

No, he doesn't. Manny is faster of hand and foot than Floyd. Manny is naturally stronger than Floyd. Mayweather may be a better inside fighter BUT Manny never cared about inside fighting. WHY? Because he has fast feet, strong legs, and great stamina. Floyd will not get to fight him inside. Manny won't let him. His arm length WILL be neutralized by Manny's ability to control distance and range. Just look at how he took away CA's jab and combination punching. Hoya's jab. Cheeto's jab. Cotto's jab. Clottey's jab. Bradley's jab and combination punching. Truth is, I expect Manny to bust Floyd's face up and outpoint him. Floyd is a bit overrated and now he's OLD as well. I cannot wait for this fight! Floyd needs another beating. The Maidana fights wasn't enough for me.

What you just stated is the reason why Floyd is still hiding in a mouse hole. He knows Pac is the guy who can take his 0 away.

As a result. He is pricing himself up to duck the biggest pay check he can ever get as a professional boxer.

Floyd is too rich for his own good. Manny is built to fight the BIG fights and will not disappoint. He loves being the under dog and he doesn't like Floyd. Manny is BACK! Floyd is aging FAST! He has been getting dropped hard in sparring and they're hiding it...it is the only way the matchmaking makes sense. For as critical of Manny as I am about things, I really don't want to see him continue walking down the path he is.
