1. Manny challenges Floyd to rumble for the fans and worldwide charities (not because he needs to pay his taxes, which is Floyd's latest excuse, in addition to Arum).
2. Floydiot conclusion: "This just goes to show Pacquiao has no interest in making the fight."
Huh???? Pacquiao on record wanting to fight = no interest in making the fight. Brilliant conclusion.
As for your question, I for one believe Manny is willing to fight for free/charity, and I expect Money to do the same if he really wants to produce the fight everyone has ben clamoring for. To not comply indicates either: 1. he doesn't truly care about the fans or, 2. he cares more about his health. Which one would you guess if Floyd says no?

And now he will be back in agonizing, demoralizing, irritating situation where pacman will be mentioned at his face all the time, those constipated cringing look every time a TV. host or any boxing analyst asks him about: when will he fight manny will surely be back again.
Floyd-iots/floyd-******s are hard at work day and night on covering his tracks of cowardice, they are even positioning him higher in an argument of who got the best resume between the two; I have laugh a lot everytime these threads came up because it's clearly a trap of *******s, but floydiots have been miraculously get ****** into these threads every damn time; when clearly it's a losing situation for them. In the end, floyd has not rewarded his floyd-iots efforts by just keeping quiet about manny and stop saying ****** degrading things about the man; --who's clearly been down and out already, and now, it appears, he's soon to be checked mate.
What could be the end of all of this? Could floyd retire, knowing that he has become the ultimate coward the sport has even seen? -- because no one has duck more clearly in the history of boxing than what he is doing right now. Clearly the guy is ducking, no matter what side of the picture you're seeing. Or, would he finally, summon all the gods and defeat cowardice and face manny and suck all the punishment to get the win in the end? Let's find out in the coming months or years maybe...

What is also funny is how some people's minds work. Mayweather makes Pacquiao an actual (by actual conversation) offer of 40 mil, no PPV. The offer is refused. Some criticise the offer as rubbish (it was without doubt) and it is preclaimed as a duck because it was an offer that was made knowing it would be refused. Pacquiao supposedly makes an "offer" (really a random article, not even close to actually being made, and people know he never actually would make it in reality) to fight for nothing. The same people look at the"move" (just talk and nothing more) as something praise worthy. The "offer" will be refused and everyone knows it will. Yet, the refusal is criticised and not the BS offer? So this time, the offer that was made (through media) KNOWING it would be refused is not a duck?? Very consistent indeed.
Funnier still is the thought that if Mayweather doesn't call Pacquiao's bluff in this pseudo-negotiation, he's ducking. Whereas, Pacquaio refused to call Mayweather's bluff and walked from testing (with 50/50 on the table), and he refused to call his bluff for 40 mil flat and that is not ducking?
One fighter is a hero to desperate sycophants for making imaginary offers while turning down real ones, while another is the villain for making real offers while ignoring imaginary ones. Interesting......
So it's only "desperate sycophants"" who want to see this fight get made? Then what do you call the people who keep finding excuses for the fight NOT being made? "Floyd's enablers"? And why do you assume it's an "imaginary" offer? Is it too hard for you to believe...so impossible for you to accept it as a reality that it must be your imagination at play?
One of your cohorts posted it one time, and it helps explain to all the Floyd enablers why your feelings & perceptions have been rattled & all shook up. It's called "cognizant dissonance." Read about it for yourself from your compatriot's own post at:

Has it ever really occurred to some of you Mayweather groupies that Pacquiao might actually simply want to fight Mayweather, just to fight him. And Mayweather might actually just have a feeling that Pacquiao may really have his number? There is a such a thing ppl getting fed up w a situation and resort to doing things that aren't common or are unusual. Now granted if Mayweather had thought of this idea, would his groupies not think it was brilliant ? I believe this whole thing has been moral war between the two more than anything else. Mayweather call his bluff, if Pacquiao isn't for real then it all washes out. If not then fight for charity at least it'll be for good causes around the world. Is there really an issue with that? I'm sure some will find an issue regardless.

It leads to my next question. If it Pacquiao was serious, why not say he'd devote his purse to charity and let Mayweather do what he wants with his share? Asking Mayweather to fight for free is making an offer he KNOWS would be refused. I've heard people say that is a duck move (like offering 40 million dollars to a star of equal standing).
