I never commented about how much leverage he has in this thread. So again why do you post about issues not brought up? Yes, Manny is the opponent that makes Floyd the most money. Never posted otherwise.


Nothing I posted was false or in any way disparaging toward Manny. The only posters making it an issue are spoon23, coldcashcanelo, and you and only because you hate anytime a post is made that doesn't put the two fighters on equal footing.

Now what do I think of Pac vs Floyd?

Pac vs Floyd is boxings Super Bowl. It is Boxings NBA finals. That is the pinnacle of prize fighting. A must see fight. Were the 2 best. In the sport give it all on the line for the glory of it all. That my friend is the true essence of sports.

If we don't see this fight. It's not like having 5 years of no nba finals. 5 years of no Super Bowl. This fight is our finals. All boxing fans should crave for this if you call yourself a true boxing fan.

Part of me says he will coz he has no choice. That 32 million guarantee from showtime. Only Pac can give showtime a chance to make a profit that warrants that 32 million guarantee. The rest, wether its cotto, won't be enough to warrant that 32m.

If Floyd backs out. Expect a backlash of fans who will floydcott and that in effect will even lessen Floyd's ppv buys against anyone including a cotto match up.

That is why I'm confident he will fight Pac. He has no choice.

Given the defensive skills of mayweather, i'm having a doubt that pac will win on points. But i'll be equally happy coz i'm sure i will see floyd's battered face after the fight.
