Old interview. If you listen to the actual interview, he doesn't sound like he's bull****ting when he said he's trying to make it happen and is willing to continue to negotiate with Arum. It's the other bull**** he said that made it sounded like he's not fully serious about the fight, like PPV buys, Manny being a pawn, etc.

Now that Pacquiao had no issue with the terms and the networks just ironing out some details, Floyd is throwing out some roadblocks. He was probably surprised PAC agreed to everything so fast.
