Because you were on deployment when you re enlisted most likely, otherwise it was taxed. If you got a bonus signing up, it is taxed.

Manny should forget about fighting Floyd and focus all of his attention on the biggest fight of his career with the IRS before he ends up like L Hill or W Snipes fighting to keep folks off his backside in the penitentiary. you better believe the IRS will get their money.

The IRS is not allowed to talk about it for obvious reasons.

people are completely ******ed.........."if he really owed the IRS they would have arrested him the same day"

bull.....the IRS typically lets it sit (making the funds that you owe bigger and bigger) in till it's ether payed in full or u go to jail......thats how they work. sometimes they grant payment plans like chris tucker (he owed 11 million)

The hell you know about my life? And as for TMZ being VERY credible....GTFOH. Trolling social media and stalking celebrities will get you some stories here and there but look at how many times they published rumors that turned out to be totally false. Show me the facts, not just what TMZ says or what Pacquiao's team says or what the "183,894" other publications are saying. That's the point I was making with my comment. What's yours?

Poor Pacquiao. He needs to leave Top Rank, can he still do that? The fight with Floyd needs to happen ASAP.
