I would want to see Lara vs Floyd because I think Lara and Bradley pose the biggest risk for him even though either fight probably wouldn't be exciting. but at the same time right now there is no chance of the fight happening.


Lara is a Cuban with zero fan base right now he doesn't even fight on the main event he's a undercard fighter. Lara doesn't even seem to want the fight he seems to be concentrating on getting a fight with Canelo ( who he wants to fight but Canelo doesn't seem as eager) or GGG.

Now if Lara can beat Canelo impressivly on a PPV or beat GGG ( the fight probably won't happen) then I think this fight could gain traction but as of right now its just not happening

I did not say I thought it woud lose money. I said GBP cleary would because the fight doesn't project to sel 1.5 mi or more and thats why they wont make it. I did not say Maidana was a big draw.

Floyd is hardly a workhorse himself.

It's a 50/50 for me. Lara's straight left is one of the best in boxing, I think it could breach Floyd's shoulder roll from time to time.

Watching Floyd vs Lara would be far more enjoyable than watching Floyd pot shot another robot for 12 rounds.
