Thats the thing, Zab didnt even look like he was trying to win.He just stood there , took it and started fighting when the fight was over.. Zab is shot. There's no point for him to fight if there's no fire left.

this went as I expected -- Paulie's performance against Bronner should have alerted people that he still has many skills -- Zab has basically overachieved over the past few years as his skill set has diminished....

all Paulie does is stick and move, Zab had a point Paulie doesn't engage at all, stick to commentating and not ruining a good night of boxing

zab gave that fight to paulie just like shane gave his fight to mundine. they should of just retired or fought
at a local gym for free. neither judah or mosley earned their pay checks.

Judah is the most incredible fighter of all time..he has this ability to, like the "Shadow" cloud men's minds.

FOR THE LAST HALF OF HIS CAREER HE HAS SHOWN UP....BEEN TOUGH A FEW ROUNDS AND THEN WAS AN EASY V....yet everytime people act like the fight before he was competative. Its funny to watch people's comments after Zab does the Zab special again. inevitaby people call for his retirement, cite his age, his heart, his chin.

I guarantee that he will not only fight again, but will probably fight for a title, do the same thing, maybe get a guy in the first two rounds, and the cycle will start again.

People....Judah was, is and will be the premier gate keeper. He is always dangerous for a little while and then its cruise city.

Ever heard of a 10 point must system

He's been hurt too many times so he now fights to not get hit flush. When he was young and dropping foes, he was fearless up untill the embarassing Tzu incident. Sinse than, Zab has been a shell of "Super" Judah.
This is a very good post and very true. If you look at his career over the years, in the beginning he was real reckless and offensive and he can get away with it. Once he started getting older he realized he needed to be more defensive and use his skill set.

I remember I saw him fighting on Friday Night Fights a few years ago getting his career back and he did it in a different way, a more cerebral way because he realized he needed to do that. Then he fought matthysse and looked ok for the most part, then got KDed in the 10th and completely shut off, he gave away the next two rds by running and I thought he lost the fight, but he got the SD.

He is a shell of his former self, being 36 yrs old, being KOed 3 times. I would say his career is close to being done. At best he can be a gatekeeper for up and comers, an opponent of Friday Night Fights perhaps. I don't see him beating any top guys with what he showed against Paulie.
