btw, this is a big 'thumbs-up' to HBO if this ends up on HBO Championship boxing instead of HBO PPV. Good that they realize this doesn't draw the excitement factor to be $50 from most.
Oh yeah, I'm not saying that there's still not unresolved issues with Taylor. Hopefully this will settle things either way, but that never seems to work out in boxing. Witness the spin being put on the Pac-Morales fight from a number of quarters.

I think Wright is over-rated and Taylor could score a wine here if he's on his game. However, I coudl easily be wrong about Wright...he's one of those fighters that's hard to figure out.

Yeah, and why i beg for this fight to happen tommorow is because i want people to understand and remember why he's so high on these P4P rankings. I want no more "why is wink so high?" threads, you know? I also feel Wright's strength is one thing that's underrated. (Don't mistake what i just said for KO power, there's a difference, you know who you are.) When you think about it, look how many guys he's kept at a distance in his fights.

only you... Let me state this plainly for you.

Jermaine Taylor did not honestly win the fight with Bernard Hopkins on July 16 of last year.

You're ignorant and in denial. You rarely make a post that has any kind of valor. And also, just out of curiousity, how far down do you actually swing on Taylor's nuts? You've got to be the most biased person on the board and I'm gonna phone you up FIRST when Taylor loses to the REAL #1 MIDDLEWEIGHT IN THE WORLD, Ronald 'Winky' Wright.. what!?

Taylor dominated Hopkins two times. He will beat Winky, and build a nice enough record, he is no chump.

Taylor has never "dominated" anything. Please don't kid yourself.

he dominated all his competition up to hopkins, faced hopkins, and beat him twice. it was not a robbery. the second fight was quite clear imo

9 rounds to 3, dont fool yourself with favorism. They should make a scoring fights handbook for you.
