Froch is absolutely a top 10 p4p fighter. He's got the strongest record of perhaps anybody in the sport, look at the quality of opposition in his last dozen fights. He's fought almost every super middleweight worth mentioning, avenged his first loss clearly and has only one other loss (to the #2 guy in the world). Can you name ten fighters with better records than Carl Froch? I can't.

Otherwise, it's not bad. Still, until Bradley truly beats Pacquaio, it doesn't feel right to me having him ranked higher.
I think Wlad lost credibility beating Povetkin if anything. It was a horrible showing in terms of boxing skill. I agree he should be on the list though.

Marquez KO'd Pacquiao so you have to put him above Manny. And Tim beat Marquez so you have to put him above Marquez.

Donaire was never a #3 guy, he's been hovering around #5 pretty regularly as Martinez, Ward, Marquez, and Manny shuffled around him. TBH I think #4 for Rigo is about right, he definitely passes the "eye test" but he still has only one pro win (albeit a very good one) worth discussing.

Donaire's probably the #11 or 12 guy in the sport now, there really isn't much separating the guys from each other back-end and Donaire's placement is more a reflection of other fighters accomplishing big things this year whereas he hasn't.

Froch and Wlad are top 10 fighters easily. How is Manny Pac in there? He was KTFO by an old featherweight

How can BHOP not be on the list?

He's already won titles in two classes and it took Lopez a whole career to put his accomplishments together. At the same #'s of fights point in their careers (36-0), Lopez was only two or so years older, same record in title fights (10-0), similar opp (I'm sure it can be debated; both have some nice wins)...and Lopez was already getting some love as one of the best in the world in the early 90s. I don't know when he showed up in P4P lists, but that's not that big a deal.

Gonzalez, off Estrada, showed me a lot and what Estrada has done since helps. I think he's the best since Lopez. Time will tell if he ultimately matches that.

What does that mean? That's just numbers.

Broner is a 3 weight Champion, Santa Cruz is a 2 weight world champion yet neither have done much in their careers. Nothing at all in Santa Cruz' case.

Gonzalez is a good fighter and has some good wins but I don't see how it can be justified to compare him to Lopez when he's done so little.

Lopez is one of the lower level ATG's (If he's to be considered as one) but he still did a lot. Gonzalez might go on to reach or overtake but surely he has to do it first.

I further ask the same question.

                  3 Things:

                  1. Why is Carl Froch on that list?

                  2. Danny Garcia should be higher. PROBABLY where Carl is.

                  3. Nonito should be where Danny is.

I can't believe people are questioning Carl Froch being p4p. Talk about disrespectful. There shouldn't be any debate whatsoever that Froch is top 10 p4p.

It's not just numbers; I noted comp too (singling out Estrada). And yes, I consider Lopez an ATG because he's so central to 105's history (degrees of greatness blah blah). I was a drawing a parallel between the two men's career's at a similar stage with both having some good wins and building. Gonzalez does have good wins at this point. Niida, Garcia, Estrada; again, there's more than numbers. I'm not sure Lopez ever beat anyone better than Estrada.

I think he's the best fighter at those weights since Lopez. Just an opine. Agree time will bear that out.
