Interesting notion. I wonder if Rigo ever came in second in any international competition.

He has 2 golds and 1 silver in the world amateurs championships

Rigo only has 2 gold. How u can hold a extra silver against him, his only loss in like 400 fights

I guess you'll have to clarify a bit. Lomas amateur record is very slightly better than Rigos. This does not automatically make him a better fighter as an am or a pro, but equally it's not possible to say Rigo's better either. That can only be decided in the ring.

Rigo has twelve loses from 4000ish- a rato of about 3%

              GGG has 5 from 350 - a ratio of about 1.5%

              Loma has 1 from 397 (403 if including pro-am) about 0.25%

Not in a "medal" fight but he did lose in the 2nd round in the 2003 World Championships

Lomachenko lost only 1 fight while Rigo had 12 losses as an amateur

Let Loma get a belt first so Rigo can snatch it from him and become unified 2 division champ in less than 20 fights.
