And after the first fight with JMM, Pac went in another direction and HBO kinda did JMM like they're doing Rigondeaux now. And that's why he had to do crazy **** like going to fight Chris John in Indonesia. And it was only after the rematch with Pac did JMM start getting love from the networks. And instead of the weight jumping, "cherrypicking" that other top P4P guys like Floyd and Pac were doing. JMM settled in and went abut trying to clean out the lightweight division. Pac was definitely more popular than JMM. But I wouldn't he was, or his competition was better. His shi was just more glorified because he was a draw. I'd say JMM is very much Pac's equal, if not better. And to be honest, I lean more towards better.
Manny beat Cotto, Clottey & Margarito back to back to back. That was impressive no matter how much it was downplayed. That was better than Juan Diaz, Likar Ramos, & Katsidis to me. Pac even fought an undefeated Bradley & gave JMM plenty of chances . He fought everybody out there except maybe PWill & Fraud. Weight jumping and fighting the better opposition is more impressive and harder to do. We saw how bad JMM looked when he jumped up against Fraud. Pac was not only beating bigger guys but also better fighters.

I re-watch Bradley vs Pac,I still don't see this blow out many are talking about..I thought it was a fight that could have went either way(a lot of close rds)very close fight..

I actually don't know what to expect from this fight, but I do believe it will be a very tough fight..Don't know about a FOTY kinda fight, but it should be fun..
Like Max Kellerman always says, "Who would you have rather been in those rounds/fight?" I didn't want to be Bradley. Did you?

Manny was toying with Bradley. The only reason Bradley got a few late rounds is because in boxing (unless it's open scoring) the fighters don't know the score and so Manny took the foot off the pedal knowing that he had this fight in the bag. If Manny thought it was close, Bradley would be in big trouble in those rounds because you would have seen a focused and dangerous Manny come out to finish Bradley off. Bradley would only have been able to win if he hit Manny the way Marquez did.

I'm glad you brought up "Fraud." All the fanboy bull**** aside. If Manny has to fight "Fraud" in his welterweight debut, like JMM did, insead of a washed up, severely weight drained version of DLH. How far do you think his lil "giant killer" reign would have lasted? Even though I don't think JMM's style would have translated as well to facing bigger fighters as Pac's. I think I can say with a solid degree of confidence that if Pac has to fight "Fraud" after David Diaz. He would no longer have been sellable against the bigger guys and been forced to retreat back to the lightweight division much like JMM.
