GBP never had future plans for Maidana. He is always used to hype other boxers. He was suposed to loose against Ortiz, Morales, Soto Karass and Lopez. Chavez/Taylor was the worst decision ever in boxing. Ruined that man's life.

Chavez quit in the second fight against Frankie Randall because he was on his way to losing again. Yeah Dr stopped it but you could tell by his body language he didn't want to continue. Yet no one ever calls him a quitter.

Whitaker was robbed against Chavez and to a lesser degree against De la Hoya.
