Mosley lost to both by twelve round decision. On September 14th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Mayweather will once again move up in weight to challenge Canelo for his WBC/WBA junior middleweight titles at a catch-weight of 152-pounds.

I think Shane just basically means he has the potential to beat him, and to be fair he does, weather he can on fight night we don't know, eveeryone goes in with the potential to be floyd, but somehow floyd is able to read the fight better.
