And to get that biggest pay day, Manny Pacquiao, he had to sign with Top Rank. So did Mosley and Marquez (although he isn't signed with Top Rank properly, but rather a Mexican promoted heavily tied to TR). Basically, if you're not signed with Top Rank you don't fight Pacquiao simply as that.
