Pac juice turn down the first offer Floyd gave him which was 50/50 as long as Pac juice takes a random test.The contract was written out also.Pacquiao turned it down because Pacquiao was juicing back then.Then after the time Pacquiao finally agreed to testing Floyd had already found out about how much Pacquiao gets paid which is much less then Floyd and that caused Floyd to take 50/50 offer off the table.Everytime Pacquiao disagree`s to fight the fight becomes harder and harder to make cause Pacquiao keeps losing and gives lack luster performances plus he don`t deserve 50/50 with Floyd, and suing Floyd for defamation of character does not hep Pacquiao either.

Floyd is still scared. The KO of PAC was no lucky punch like PAC says, but I still believe may is scared of losing to PAC. Is may better than marquez? Hell yes he is, but dos may have the durability of marquez? I doubt it, which still gives PAC a better shot than anyone. His speed, power, and combinations would be a threat to may. Yes may could counter PAC and get the KO, but PAC might crack that chin first. Although this fight doesn't have the potential it did five years ago, it could still be an upset.

Im not blaming Floyd for making Manny to make tough decisions, Im blaming Floyd for extending conditions that he knows himself will never be met, and whilst doing so essentially squashing the fight.

Making those terms is not coming from someone who wants to make the fight.
