Pacman was lucky to score those KDs in round 1.

If Pac is so good he should be a real man and step up to heavyweight! Ruiz will knock him the **** out in 15 secs with one arm tied!

That's true. However, I think JMM's PPV against a top fighter would sell well, given his spirited performance against Paquiao.

Originally posted by E=MC2Whatever the sum was, the less than 50% offer to the champion is an insulting offer. Eric Morales and Manny Paqiao are more exciting to watch, but JMM is the one who has the belt.
Belts these days mean nothing like the old days. And JMM is exciting only if he fights an exciting fighter. Mostly, he's a counter puncher just waiting to counter.Last edited by SnoopySmurf; 01-23-2006, 10:01 AM.

Walk me through that again please... Because JMM felt insulted that he was given a small purse offer he said no. He said no. It was JMM who said no?
Now, how is that a case of Pac ducking JMM? Who was it who said, "No"?
Oh, I get it. It was Pac who ordered the promoters to make JMM an offer he can't accept! Pac didn't only have power in his punches, he had such huge clout over promoters!
Wow!
