got revenge with a twelve round unanimous decision over Johnathon Banks (29-2-1, 19KOs). The first two rounds were lackluster, with Mitchell getting a questionable knockdown in the second. Banks buzzed Mitchell in the third. The rest of the fight wasn't much, with many close rounds. Mitchell's right eye was very swollen by the end. Last year, Banks stopped Mitchell in two rounds.

Fixed fight anyone? The rare occasions Banks threw punches he hurt Mitchell. Entire rounds went by were he didn't throw a shot through fear of putting his ass down. Friggin disgrace.

i knew mitchell would win, banks only won the first time because he used dirty old school tactics grabbing him then waiting back for the counter, mitchell did his homework and was patient, he could of done more but he just doesnt have the ability to put great combos together but f the crowd do what you gotta do to win instead of gettin knockined out again

Can't believe what I just saw......Banks threw 10 power shots in the first 4 rounds and hurt Mitchell with 9 of them.

Then threw 2 power punches for the rest of the fight,.

Then, with 30 seconds to go in the last round, when he clearly needs a KO, he's throwing jabs to the chest, then backing off so much that you could drive a bus through the gap between them.

And this guy is Wlad's trainer.
