I don't care for Margarito but I'll give him one thing, he didn't b1tch or complain about much. Maybe you should take your second grade b1tchfest elsewhere because you come off soft as ***.
    thuggery, you gonna take that?!?

Floyd beats the pressure by clinching and forcing guys to reset.

Pressure alone will not beat Floyd. You are also going to need speed, power, footwork and combination punching.

People are getting carried away with that a bit but this fight is actually losable if money isn't on his A game. He should win but Canelo is smart enough to make it a close, chess match type of fight.
He doesn't have the stamina or quick enough feet to apply Castillo type pressure, but he can apply intelligent Cotto like pressure and hit a lot harder when he gets Floyd to the ropes.

That's what the fight comes down to, is Canelo's footwork good enough to corner Floyd, and his combination punching intelligent enough for him to not waste those opportunities when he gets them?

If Canelo can't force Floyd backwards and get some control over Floyd's movement, he'll just get pot shotted to death in the middle of the ring. The same defence that looked pretty good against Trout will look disgustingly slow against Floyd.

agreed. It takes a big punch to wobble a big guy like trout. If Canelo catches Floyd early. We get a running show by Floyd and nobody not even the fans wins except floyd. If canelo can bide his time and slow floyd down by using footwork or cutting the ring off or body shots on the inside slips and finishing the fight with big shots in the later rounds we could see Canelo win.

What canelo brings with the slipping and evasive countering troubles majority of his opponents. I think even FLoyd can get caught. Canelos a New type of breed of fighter.
