Floyd wins another wide decision...nothing to see here...

Only chance Canelo has is if Floyd stands in the pocket for long periods of time...if Floyd approaches the fight like he did against Guerrero, Canelo isn't laying a glove on him...

The speed differential will be way too much and Canelo isn't busy enough to just bully Floyd around...

All I will say is that Floyd Sr is back. You know what that means?????
Hit and not not get hit back.

Floyd will be on top of his defense come sept 14th. Sorry Canelo. You should have fought Floyd before his dad came back.

He will do pretty good and lose a competitive but clear decision.

No boxer is going to go into a fight saying there is a problem, but he gassed out at 154 let alone 152.

Is going to be a great fight.
Floyd is a great tactician and knows the geometry of the game as well as anybody.
But Canelo does have physical advantages in this fight. He can cut off the ring better than anybody Floyd has faced since he was at 135 and has game changing power. If he can bring any kind of consistent jab to the fight it could be very interesting.
Like I said before, I give Floyd major props because I thought he would never take this fight. Even at the catchweight its still a big challenge for him.
Will the first fight since Oscar that he is not an overwhelming favorite in.

Good fight for boxing, and all parties involved. Showtime > HBO. No competition .

                True story....

the general populous believes Canelo is some young hungry lion/beast who is strong and powerful....and the media buys into this and perpetuates that belief and convinces vast amount of casual fans that Canelo actually CAN beat Floyd....but the Boxing vet who knows the sport, knows that Canelo lacks the experience, output and skill to take on a fighter like Floyd Mayweather. I knew the logical choice for Floyd was Canelo....Floyd is smart, he takes fighters who have been built by the promotional companies into an undefeated superstar...knowing that only on paper does the fighter appear unstoppable. ...which is the case for Canelo. I see Floyd winning 9 rounds easily, taking the 12th off, and Canelo winning 2 of those rounds based on agression alone, ending another Floyd boxing clinic.

Stamina issues, low work-rate, needs to come down to 152, needs more experience, 22 ..... this is not a good combination to have going into your biggest fight of your life.

Canelo better find out a way to resolve his issues like yesterday ..... ironically, for a 22 year old, time is no longer on his side!!!

I agree with him a little bit. Intelligent pressure is definitely a key when it comes to beat Floyd Mayweather. Will Canelo be able to do it?

Intelligent pressure = Walking down your opponents and be a counter-puncher at the same time.

of course he doesn't have problem with 152......... he's 22 & have never received any wear and tear on his body. he came in at 153 for his last bout.......

although i think it's b*tchy of floyd.....152 is completely fair.
