Hell Victor Ortiz and Devon Alexander are two division champions, I would hardly call that being a bust. Now, yes, they may not have lived up to what many thought they would, but they are still in their mid 20's and in Devon's case on the verge of a possible mega fight if he wins on Saturday.
You must don't remember the HYPE that was given to them while they was at 140, but yeah they are still pretty young and who knows maybe they will one day finally put it all together but based on the HYPE that was given to All 4, they haven't lived up to the Hype not even close and when they stepped in up competition they all lost

But lets see how their career ends, never said it was over for them but by the hype they received you thought Victor Ortiz was the next Oscar and Devon Alexander was suppose to be the next "Mayweather"

        Oh I remember.

I will give you they didn't live up to the hype, but they have had extremely successful careers. Floyd did say Devon would be the guy to take over after he retires and Oscar basically said the same thing for Victor. Now they haven't come close to those lofty expectations, but they haven't bottomed out either. The next 12 months will go a long way in determining how these to specifically will finish their careers.

^Allan Green fooled me into believing. Also, can't believe how poor Fernando Guerrero turned out.

I have seen a few good ones: Khan, Berto, Ortiz, Kirkland...
All boxers who haven't reached what was projected.

Mine personally (based of a documentary on him) is Dmitriy
Salita, thought he was promising, but that KO against Khan
                    obliterated my expectations...
