The fact remains that Manny Pacquiao has NEVER undergone any testing more stringent than commission mandated. How it will refelct on his carreer, I couldn't say. But someone (Evol, I think), asked why he should do it other than for a Mayweather fight? Well maybe he could've done it to pay more than lip service to the whole idea of more stringent testing. It would have served a purpose going into the fourth Marquez fight in that he would've had less doubt in his mind about Marquez. The pulling up of articles and random youtube skits wouldn't be necessary if Pacquiao actually started DOING more stringent testing rather just talking about it.
As for it not being an issue elsewhere in boxing? Did people already forget the Donaire/Rigondeaux build up and Donaire's demand that Rigo take more stringent testing? He (Donaire) hadn't made it mandatory to previous opponents, but suddenly he does for Rigo. I don't disagree with that, because he should ask for the same assurance he gives his opponents in a fight of such magnitude. It also can't be ignored that it would've been an issue had there been a fifth bout with Marquez.
You can trawl through all the timelines, articles and videos you want, but the fact remains that Manny Pacquiao has never undergone ANY kind of stringent drug testing. That is a fact and it is undisputed.
